Luwu Sys Co Limited builds and runs software products: tools for people who work with AI agents, and an online learning platform. We are based in Hong Kong and work in English and Chinese.
Where we come from
Luwu began as a small AI lab working on language models, vision and agents. We learned the most from what we shipped rather than what we wrote up, so we became a product company.
Our first product came from our own need: coding agents that keep asking for permission while you are away from the desk. Luwu (luwu.dev) puts those terminals on your phone with end-to-end encryption, so the work stays on your computer and you still get to answer.
Our second came from teaching: courses scattered across video sites, chat groups and PDFs, with no record of who learned what. Xuexi NOW (xuexi.now) puts lessons, quizzes, exams and certificates in one place and keeps the learner's record.
Why 陸吾
陸吾 (Luwu) is the guardian of Mount Kunlun in the Classic of Mountains and Seas: 「人面虎爪，虎身九尾」, a human face, tiger claws, a tiger's body and nine tails, keeping the gate to the gardens of the Emperor of Heaven. We liked a guardian better than a genie. Our products hold a gate, decide who comes in, and otherwise stay out of the way.

Privacy as architecture
Encryption, device approval and minimal data retention are design decisions, not policy pages.

English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and Cantonese are first-class in everything we release.

Learning ends in exams and certificates. Agents ship with evaluations. We prefer numbers to adjectives.
